Independent Living Centers
Independent Living Centers (ILCs), also referred to as Centers for Independent Living (CILs), are community-based disability advocacy organizations. People do not live at CILs. They seek to ensure that individuals with disabilities can live independently in the community of their choice with the services and supports they need.
