Adult Family Care (AFC) is a MassHealth-funded program offering a non-taxable stipend to caregivers of people with disabilities in a home setting.

The AFC model provides resources, nursing, oversight, and case management to support caregivers in caring for their loved one at home.

*Spouses and guardians cannot be caregivers
